TGS Ground Services, which is one of the most important organizations in the field of Airport Ground Handling Services, offering service to 80 million passengers with its staff of 9.000, has chosen Medyasoft’s trustworthy service concept in order to ensure the sustainability of its SAP system and receive continuous support 24/7.
The service covers SAP financial accounting, cost accounting, materials management, sales delivery, maintenance and repair, ABAP, BASIS, Business Objects, HR and portal applications’ support and change management.

Founded by Turkish Airlines and Havaş partnership, taking part in the segment since January 2010; TGS Ground Services has been continuing its operations by providing services for 154 contractual airlines in 8 stations, including İstanbul Atatürk, Ankara Esenboğa, İzmir Adnan Menderes, Antalya, Adana, İstanbul Sabiha Gökçen, Milas-Bodrum and Dalaman Airlines.
With its over 5.500 equipment and 9.500 employees, TGS has been offering all of its benefits regarding ground services in international quality standarts to nearly 600 thousand flights of local and foreign airlines. Offering services ramp, maneuver, shipload and travelling within the scope of “Airport Ground Handling Regulations”, TGS adopts an impeccable manner of service, grounding on customer satisfaction.
In 2010, the starting year of the services they offer, TGS was inspected by independent auditing firms TÜV Thüringen and MEYER in its operating head office and six stations, eventually receiving a TS EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System certification, an international management standart which documented its service quality. During 2012, it also recieved TS ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Management System, TS EN ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and TS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certifications. TGS has obtained İSAGO registration in its head office and all other operating stations. TGS received its “Green Airport Organization” certificate in 2012 for its Adana and Antalya stations, in 2013 for its İzmir station, and in 2015 for its Bodrum and Dalaman stations. It collected its “Unhindered Airport Organization” certificate in 2013 for 8 stations including Sabiha Gökçen, İzmir, Adana, Ankara, İstanbul, Bodrum, Dalaman and Antalya; becoming the first institution in the segment to obtain the title of “Unrestricted Ground Handling Company”.
