In Medyasoft IT Group, employment rates of women and women leaders exceed global averages

Current data in the Global Gender Gap report of the World Economic Forum show that the rate of female employees in software and information technologies sector is only 27% on a global scale. However, the rate of female leaders is below 20% despite the significant increase in recent years. (Source: “Women in Technology Sector” Report by Deloitte & TUBISAD)

We believe that this should change. As Medyasoft IT Group, we are proud to announce that 35% of our management team is comprised of women, while 34% of the entire team consists of women. Women’s contributions are an integral part of our company’s efforts to develop value-added, sustainable, innovative and unique products, platforms and solutions for our business partners, our environment and our country.
