Medyasoft to support Hero Baby’s Turkey growth strategy with new technology

Medyasoft continues to be the preferred choice of industry leaders. Offering end-to-end solutions for preparing enterprises for the digital future, Medyasoft renewed the SAP infrastructure of Hero Turkey, the Turkish subsidiary of Europe’s leading food producer Hero. Migrating the Company’s hardware and software infrastructure to a new platform, Medyasoft completed all three projects in a record short time as two and a half months.

The project, which was designed to help Hero Turkey –a producer of cereals, formulas and juices for toddlers– overcome difficulties arising from increased volume of data, maximize business continuity, and save on IT costs, followed a non-standard methodology. While boosting Hero Turkey’s business performance with next-generation IT infrastructure, the renewal project, which caused no system downtime, also upgraded the database to SQL Server 2012, the operation system to Windows 2012, and the SAP version to ERP EHP 7.0.

Run simultaneously, the projects used a new technological infrastructure to boost the product diversity and dynamism of the Company. Thanks to modernized systems, Hero Turkey was able to achieve more efficiency in used software, and manage its systems in a safer, more flexible, and cheaper fashion.
