Presidency Investment Office Website Goes Live with New Design

The project began with UX Design aimed at achieving an interactive user experience, an effective and rich visual design that suited user profile and experience, and compatibility with mobile devices. We provided the following services:

• Interviews with specific users. Pinpointing people who represent end-users and interviewing the people who have been picked.
• Establishing behavioural user types based on both stakeholder and end-user interviews. Forming a report based on the needs and expectations of these end-users.
• Persona analysis in accordance with user interviews. Forming a prototype based on this analysis. Development of a new user experience concept based on work such as usability testing, information architecture identification and inspection run on the prototype.
• Workshops with project partners.
• Card Sorting and Treeview information architecture tests and test reports so that navigation and the site map is organized to be meaningful and easy to understand for clients.
• A/B Testing. Preparing several screens for the application and determining which is most preferred by users.
• Usability Testing. Choosing users for the test, forming scenarios, user sessions with shared screens, recording sound and screens, forming usability test reports and reporting on the findings.

Following the UX Design, we provided the following UI Design services based on the findings of the UX reports:

• Corporate identity analysis (logo, colours, fonts etc.).
• Creation of the visual design concept.
• Development of user interface designs parallel to digital trends.
• Modifying the design so that it is compatible with the screen resolutions of the specified mobile devices (responsive /adaptive design).
• Presentation of the prepared design interactively via a prototyping tool.
• Formation of a UI kit which includes all the material used in the user interface design and a guideline that explains the usability criteria of the design.
