Turkcell E-Şirket (E-Company) meets all business software requirements of businesses via a single platform

Turkcell E-Şirket meets all business software requirements of businesses via a single platform.
Founded in Turkey in 1994, Turkcell is an established company of integrated telecommunication and technology services. It serves its customers with voice, data, TV and value-added consumer and enterprise services on mobile and fixed networks. Publicly listed on Borsa Istanbul (BIST) and New York Stock Exchanges (NYSE) since July 11, 2000, Turkcell is the only Turkish company that is listed on the NYSE.
Turkcell was looking to diversify its services outside of fixed and mobile communication in the corporate market segment and offer value-added services, particularly to its corporate customers. By offering these services it would substantially differentiate itself from its competitors and enhance its image as Turkey’s leading communication and technology company. Moreover, offering these services to a wide range of customers was expected to result in increased income. In order to grow in the SME segment in particular, Software as a Service (SaaS) areas such as e-transformation, business applications, web services were set as a priority. The decision was to move forward with the right business partner(s) to be able to offer these services end-to-end.
They decided to work with ePlatform, a company within Medyasoft IT Group, due to its visionary and flexible work approach compared to its competitors, as well as its leading position in the sector with the integrated SaaS e-transformation and accounting program.
Within the scope of the project, an Accounting application was developed to manage data that would be a resource for the financial records of a company’s accounting and according to the UFRS supported single-statement accounting plan standards. With this product which is a cloud-based accounting application that includes modules like account management, current account transaction management, invoice / check / bill management, stock management and provides summary and detailed commercial reports of the enterprise, companies can digitalize their accounting processes.
It is being offered under the Turkcell E-Şirket brand to customers with tempting monthly prices to customers with cloud support that enables access from all phones, tablets and computers connected to the Internet, as well as user-friendly features. Eliminating the necessity for additional data entry by working in integration with other Turkcell e-Transformation products (e-Accounting, e-Invoice e-Archive, e-Notebook) in the platform provides great advantages to its users.
Also, Office 365 Mail and Smart Fax applications on the platform facilitate internal and external communication.
Turkcell E-Şirket, has begun providing an integrated accounting and e-transformation service in 1500 Turkcell Communication Centers (TİM) within the Turkcell Electronic Retail Automation System.
“Turkcell e-Şirket”, carried out in partnership by ePlatform and Turkcell has been awarded as the Best SaaS Project of the Year by IDC.
The evaluation of the projects that applied to the “IDC Cloud Awards” organized by IDC Turkey for the first time this year, has been finalized. Upon the assessment of the jury comprised of esteemed IT executives of the industry, all projects that applied were awarded. Turkcell won the Best SaaS / Cloud Software Award with “e-Şirket”.
